• All private sessions (Reiki, clearings, guidance) must be scheduled through our authorized booking portal (Calendly).
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

2. Disclaimer for Healing & Intuitive Services

• Not Medical Advice: The services, programs, and digital products offered by Intuit Love and Jennifer Lauren Burkhart are intended for spiritual, energetic, and personal development purposes only.
• Our sessions do not substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a licensed professional regarding medical or psychological conditions.

3. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

• All digital products, including the 28 Days to Conscious Intuitive Living PDF and daily journals, are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or share these files with third parties. All content, designs, and logos are the intellectual property of Intuit Love.

4. Refund Policy

• Due to the downloadable nature of digital products (PDFs, journals), all digital sales are final.
• Refunds for private sessions or workshops are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Intuit Love or Jennifer Lauren Burkhart be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, services, or products.
